Privacy Policy

The company guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the “Website” and, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, and all other applicable regulations, informs you that:

a) All personal data provided to the COMPANY shall be processed by it in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, and shall be incorporated into the WEB USERS file, created and maintained under the responsibility of the COMPANY, which has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

b) The data is collected for the following purposes: management, study, and resolution of queries; sending of advertising and commercial prospecting by electronic means regarding the company, its activities, products, and services, as well as documentation of various kinds.

c) Appropriate security measures have been adopted in the collection and processing of personal data in order to prevent their loss, unauthorised access, or manipulation, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.

d) The COMPANY undertakes to protect the confidential information to which it has access. Under no circumstances shall the COMPANY use the personal data that you make available to it to provide services to third parties other than those referred to in section b) of this document or, where applicable, to obtain its own benefit.

e) The User certifies that they are over 14 years of age and therefore have the legal capacity required to give consent for the processing of their personal data, all in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

f) The User may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection regarding their personal data, as well as the right to revoke consent for any of the purposes indicated above, by sending the COMPANY a duly signed letter to our postal address indicated above, clearly stating their contact details, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID card/NIF or document proving their identity.
